2025 NH Legends of Hockey Golf Classic Results
Friday July 11th, the Board of Directors hosted the 19th Annual NH Legends of Hockey Golf Classic at the beautiful Stonebridge Country Club in Goffstown. With 114 players, more than a dozen volunteers and countless supporters, this year’s event was one to remember.
A Heartfelt Welcome
The day began with opening remarks from Mike Gould, President of the Legends, who extended gratitude to the golfers, volunteers, and over three dozen generous sponsors. Special thanks were given to our board members and Executive Director Jim Hayes for their year-round commitment to honoring and preserving New Hampshire’s rich hockey heritage, while also supporting youth hockey development throughout the state.
Special Recognitions
We were proud to welcome eight Hall of Fame members and several family members of inductees to the event. A sincere thank-you to each of you for joining us and continuing to support our mission.
We also paused for a moment of silence to honor the memories of three beloved members of our community who passed since the last tournament: Claudette Lavigne (spouse of Hall of Famer Roland Lavigne) Michael Bernard (brother of board member Ray Bernard) Dave “Stats” Elliot, a longtime friend of New Hampshire hockey.
Our thoughts are also with Ron Gosselin, Dick Theriault, and Roger Letourneau, three Hall of Famers currently facing health challenges.
